Registration Fee Register

Registration Policy

• The registration fee must be paid in full with a credit card when registering for the conference.
• Every paper must have at least one paid full registration before March 25, 2025 in order to be included in the conference proceedings.
• Authors with multiple papers must pay one registration for each paper.

Refund Policy

• If you are the only author who paid a full registration fee for a paper that has already been included in the proceedings, you cannot ask for a refund.
• Cancellation by March 25, 2025: Full refund minus a $100 USD administrative fee and all the charges imposed by Regfox.
• Cancellation after March 25, 2025: No refund.

Paper Presentation

Every paper must be presented by one of the authors in-person at the conference in order to be included in the IEEE digital library and indexed by the Ei Compendex. This requirement cannot be satisfied by a guest presenter who is not a co-author of the paper; such papers will not be eligible for the digital library or the indexing service. Contact the ISSSR Secretariat with sufficient justification in the event of extraordinary circumstances that would make physical attendance impossible.
