Paper Submission

All papers must conform to the ISSSR conference proceedings format (PDF | Word DOCX | Latex) and Submission Guidelines set in advance by ISSSR 2025 or co-located workshops. They must be in English and in PDF format. Submissions that do not comply with the above instructions will be rejected without review.

Each submission will be reviewed by at least three members of the Program Committee and evaluated on originality, contribution, soundness, presentation and relatedness. The program committee as a whole will make final decisions about which submissions to be accepted for presentation at the conference.

Conference proceedings will be published by the IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS). Papers presented at the conference will also be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore and to all of the A&I (abstracting and indexing) partners (such as the Ei Compendex).

Papers of top quality will be invited to submit their extended versions to a special issue of a selected SCI journal.
